Hello Giggles - Elle's Studio

hi everyone , this my last layout of the month using 
Elle's Studio Penelope  wow not long until Christmas 

for this layout i went for a pretty girly page as my youngest daughter is so girly lol

 i added some little vellum hearts and little bling and stitched them to my page

an little splash of pink water colour

and using Penelope Bits and Pieces as a title
