Hi There!   I hope all the Mum's out there are enjoying the school holidays! Unfortunately I'm stuck at home with 3 sick kids. We have just spent a weekend away in the mountains in some nice chilly weather so it's great to be home & scrapping something a little warmer!

More Mood board Inspiration from Leonie

Hello Sassy Scrappers,  Leonie here today with some more inspiration from the July Mood board.

I'm really enjoying creating with these colours and textures.

Today I'm sharing my second take on this board,

you can see my first page and the other Design Teams samples HERE.

Below is the page I created using the Amy Tangerine Plus One range.

I found this range to be a perfect fit for the mood board, it had plenty of black and white patterns

along with the mint colour.  

All I need to do was add some gold embellishments, a Prima Flower, gold sequins and that's 

gold leaf on the background.

Some of the embellishments I used included this cute little 

gold flag clip from the Studio Calico Essentials range.

The Sassy Shop has a large range of Studio Calico essentials which includes

chipboard hearts, cameras and stars.

The perfect little embellishments to add to your page.

So I hope we have you well and truly inspired to play along with our July mood board.

Love Happened - Glitz

Hello Sassy Friends!
Friday is here, it's time to cheer! A beautiful weekend ahead of us and what better way to inspire you than with our delicious new moodboard! I hope you will join us 

in July with it's sultry black, mint and gold combination.

Next month will mark my 10 year wedding anniversary. Would you believe 

that I have hardly scrapped any pictures of my wedding?! We could not afford 

a professional photographer at the time, which is something I will always 

regret a bit, (as the photos were all from disposables or guests cameras.) 

This layout features one of the handful that I do actually like!

This month I am creating with the two new collections from Glitz Design. 

I've worked mostly with goodies from Brightside on this one...

Pretty much every element of the moodboard has made it's way on my page!

Journalling is hidden behind the photo. To prevent it falling around, I have created a simple folded piece of paper, closed on each side. This way, you can rest the journalling card inside it and hide the makeshift 'sleeve' behind your layers.

 Love these gorgeous stripy Pink Paislee alphas. The heart sticker is from Glitz '77'.

 You must check out the beautiful Chic Tags wood veneer in store now! I treated myself to a pack of 'Bloom' and divine Sequins. I played around with adding gold pen detail on a couple of pieces. (I reckon it looks a bit better in real life! lol)

Remember fun times - july moodboard fun

Hi everyone,

Today I’m sharing my take on this month’s moodboard designed by the lovely Leonie 

Using mint ,black and gold

These colours made me think of the lovely crate paper styleboard collection

Lucky I had some of it leftover to created this fabulous layout of my daughter kara having fun with our photo shoot

I put touches of black in 3 points on my layout

I got inspiration from the cake in the moodboard by adding a doily

I hope you have as much fun as I did with this moodboard
