Happy Holidays layout With Anita

Hi
Wow December already crazy huh!!
So today I'm sharing another Christmas layout with lots of layers
I absolutely love adding lots of paper layers as you tuck a lot of little embellishments
Around your photos and it just pops off the page
So with my layout today I wanted to share just how I do that with out it all adhered down

I start off by cutting heaps of patterned paper
and arrange them how I want them to look like on my layout then I add some staples to hole them all together then adhere it to your cardstock

Then I start to embellish my layers by tucking under my layers of patterned paper
and building them up

And you can also layer chipboard stickers and they make a lovely feature on part of your page
As I did with the Noel deco cut circle and the large deco cut circle and then adding a chipboard sticker flower to the side of them
Eventually all of the layers of patterned paper get adhere down while laying and what's great about it is none of your layers have moved while you are scraping .

Christmas Cards With Anita

Hi
Today I'm sharing a few cards created using the Christmas on market street
by my minds eye. Well not long now till Christmas so I thought I would share
how easy it is to incorporate vellum on a few cards
To add that touch of loveless

I layered the red polka dot paper over the my card base after embossing it with a embossing folder
Then I cut the vellum a bit smaller and layered in the center

Next I popped out 2 of the chipboard stickers
And added them to my card

I used the same polka dot paper on the card base
Then I cut a strip of another polka dot patterned paper and cut it in a pendent shape

And then some vellum in a pendent shape
And next adding flowers from the die cut pack and a chipboard bit in the center
And here are some other shots of my cards

And here is a picture of my kit I'll be working with all this month

so pop on over and check out this wonderful collection in the sassy store

Believe Layout With Anita

Hi..
Happy sassy Thursday.. Today I'm sharing a layout I have created using the
Using the moodboard as inspiration, I'm really loving the gold
With touches of green and red

And who doesn't love a touch of beautiful vellum

With this layout I started by popping out some of those lovely chipboard stickers
And fussy cutting some of the lovely flowers

And some strips of vellum that I wanted to add at the top and bottom of my layout I felt it would balance out the gold across the page

I kept the touches of red to a minimum and focused on the gold, mint, green
By adding the darkest green behind the mint and layering the vellum over the top with a border
I used my sewing machine to add a border around my layout
I love how sticky the chipboard stickers are they hold down the vellum and gold leaves

I hope you have enjoyed my layout this week..
Don't forget to check out the collection in the sassy store it is a beautiful range

Till next week..xx

Happy heart - Anita Bownds

  hi everyone,
This month I've created a moodboard with
orange, gold, pink, yellow and a touch of grey and black
I hope it inspires you to use some paints on your creations

For my layout I used the Poppy's ,flowers and cake as inspiration
I started off by using pink stripes and layering behind my photo.
I really wanted to add the Poppy's on my layout so I started by sketching them onto a bit of watercolour paper

After I had painted them with watercolours and when they where dry
I cut them out and and arranged them on my layout

Along with some flowers and leaves from crate paper
I also created 2 flowers from velum and outlining them with stencil paint
I think they give the page a softer look

Here is a side view of the dimension

I hope you have lots of fun using this moodboard as inspiration
I would love to know what inspires you most about the moodboard
