Our beautiful March moodboard will be inspiring my posts throughout the month, starting with this mini album/journal I created using loads of Glitz Design 'Hello Friend'
and some other tasty bits that can all be found in the store.

The main idea for this journal came from a pack of Glitz 'Hello Friend' paper layers.
I thought they'd be perfect for a book of some sort.
Because the paper is quite thin, I've mounted them back to back.

The peeling paint frames in the moodboard had me excited to try
a Prima crackle effect stencil. I've used it here with texture paste.

On the next spread, I have used a Heidi Swapp template with some Color Shine. I've fussy cut a large gold doily from a sheet of Maggie Holmes gold doily vellum and sewed it onto the page on two sides to create a pocket. Inside, I've tucked in a Crate slide frame.

Finally, I've created a cut file in my Silhouette software and
mounted it with foam tape on top of a section of Hello Friend 'Polka'
