wonderlust binder - Anita Bownds

Hi..
This week I'm sharing a double page in my wanderlust binder
Of my daughter Kara in her navy whites
start by cutting 2 5x7 coordinating bit of patterned paper

cut 1 strip of patterned paper 2x12

add bits of leftover white cardstock behind the vellum to make the stars on the vellum pop

cut vellum 5x3 1/2

 next add your photo

Ive used a App on my ipad PIXLR

to divide my photos for a different look

Using one of the pre-cut tags Wanderlust Flocked Acetate Shapes White
I cut another tag out of patterned paper
And added a bit of twine and tied it in a bow

And add it to the page

I used one of the memory Dex foiled cards I punched a heart on one side and
And added a strip of patterned paper to the bottom line
And matted it on some patterned paper so the papers shows through the heart

And added a gold heart sticker

I punched holes and added some patterned paper

on the back with some vellum and a heart

Add a few more embellishments like enamel dots
and add them to your binder

Cards - Gossamer Blue

  hi everyone ,
Anita here sharing some cute cards you can make
using some left over scraps of patterned paper

using Gossamer blue Gramercy road

i know most of us throw out scraps that we have left over from die cutting
but i wanted to use this scrap of paper from last weeks layout that i had die cut with a doily die and some how use it .
Ive used it in he center i think it draws the eye into the center of the card

and here is another card i created using a few strips of paper that where small and would have ended up in a scrap pile (really it should be called the last and found ) cause how many times do you go looking through that box of scraps and find paper you love i know i do

so i hope you get inspired to make cards with your left over scraps
don't forget to check out the sassy store for

you make my heart smile - Gossamer blue

Hi.. Everyone,
Anita here sharing another layout using the Gossamer Blue range Gramercy road
In this range theirs lots of pretty pastel hues and I just love these colours
My background for my layout I used a bubble wrap stamp with a light pink and added a few droplets of bobunny sugar mist
Next I added my layers
And I added a bit more texture by dry embossing some of my patterned paper layers
With my photo I opened it in photo shop and added my title to my photo in white
As you can see my daughter Kara loves to make me laugh while I take photos of her

And as I have a little pad in front of my computer that I like to draw on
I drew a flower and a leaf and turned it into a silhouette cut file
I dry embossed the leaves and added a bit of bobunny glitter paste to the center of the flower and to the tips of the leaves

And to finish off my layout I added little leaves across my page and stamped the little sequin stamp with a light blue ink and popped a few pink enamel dots randomly on my page

And I absolutely had to use this doily die using one of the patterned papers
I hope you have been inspired to create something pretty
Pop on over and check out this range
Here are the product I used in the sassy store
