Precious Moments with Trudi

  Hello Sassy Friends! Trudi here with you again showcasing the beautiful Graphic 45 T'was The Night Before Christmas collection. This time I have focussed the lovely green from the range:

I started with the reverse side of the Ho Ho Ho paper and removed a 10" x 10" square from the centre. The edges of the white cardstock were trimmed 1" around and then randomly punched with a decorative border punch. The cardstock was laid over the Ho Ho Ho frame with the smaller square earlier removed, placed over the top. Trimmed patterned paper accents were added around the outer edge. 

Prima flowers were sprayed with Fresh Lime to coordinate better with the green of the paper. White paint was lightly dabbed on some of the petals to soften a little. 

Chipboard elements were dabbed with metallic gold paint. Fussy cut holly sprigs from the Happy Holly-Day paper were tucked into the floral cluster.

12 Days of Christmas with a girly twist!

Hi There! I'm back with some Graphic 45 12 Days of Christmas. Today I have used the blues & pinks in the collection for a completely different look. I couldn't help myself & I had to fussy cut all those gorgeous roses! I have also incorporated  some hand stitching around the page (which took me forever! but I am a very slow sewer LOL!)

Santa Kid- G45 12 Days of Christmas

Hi There! I'm still plugging away at scrapping my Xmas 2012 photos but I'm getting there! I really love this collection & can't get enough of fussy cutting all of the gorgeous vintage images.

I had a play with some mist & a grid stamp for the background. I used my favourite toy again with the Martha Stewart punch around the circle!

Peace Love Joy- Graphic 45

Hi There!
Well I can say I am absolutely pooped! I went to a retreat on the weekend & it was fantastic!! I had the best time, got lots of scrapping done & made lots of new friends!
I even got to meet my fellow Sassy DT pal Leonie!

As you can see with the bags under  my eyes there was very little sleeping done over the weekend LOL!
I took my fabulous G45 12 days of Christmas goodies with me on the retreat & this is what I managed to create in between all the laughs & shenanigans!

I smudged some gesso on with a baby wipe randomly then inked with dark brown ink & a chevron mask. I then used the Kaisercraft grid stamp with some black ink
