Step by Step Mini Album Part 4

Hi There!   Thankyou for joining me for the last instalment of putting together my Wedding Mini Album

52. Cut a piece 6"X4" from the Prima Something Blue Goin to the Chapel paper. Adhere to the last small flap.

54. Fussy Cut the True Story Journal Box from the Something Blue Say Yes paper. Stitch a border along the edge.

55. Attach a Black Tag  from the Something Blue Tag & Ticket set to the Journal Box using a Typewriter Key Paperclip. Staple a Perfect Day ticket to the Bottom of the Journal Box.

56. Adhere the Journal Box to the right of the small flap.

57. Adhere an I Do Flair Button below the Perfect Day Ticket

 

58. Cut a piece 8"X6" from the Something Blue Love Melodies paper. Adhere to the last page.

59. From cardstock cut a piece 12"x 4". Score every 4 inches & fold. Adhere the under side of the top section to the top left corner of the page.

60. Cut a piece 4"X4" from the Goin to the Chapel paper & adhere to the top section of the fold out cardstock.

61. Fussy cut Forever starts today box from the Just Married paper & adhere to the 2nd section of the fold out cardstock.

62.Cut a piece 4"X4" from the Enchanted Blooms paper. Adhere to the last section of the fold out cardstock. Adhere a photo approx. 3.5"x3.5" in the centre. Adhere a Mr & Mrs flair button to the top left corner & the bottom right corner.

63. On the reverse side of the fold out cardstock Cut a piece 4"x4" from the Love Melodies paper. Adhere to the top section of the foldout cardstock. Adhere the I Love You chipboard piece to the top & a rectangle chipboard frame in the centre. Adhere the Dove resin to the centre of the frame

64. Cut a piece 4"X4" from the Goin to the Chapel paper & adhere to the bottom section of the foldout cardstock.

65. Adhere a photo approx 4"X2.5" to the bottom section. Adhere a strip of ribbon along the bottom of the foldout section.

66. Adhere a photo approx 2.5"X3.5" portrait size to the bottom right corner of the back page. Adhere the resin joined hearts to the top right corner of the photo. Adhere the black flair button to the bottom right corner of the photo.

67. Using the American Crafts Gold Glitter Alphas adhere a title/word to the bottom left corner of the page.

68. Adhere a strip of ribbon along the join of the back page & flap

Step by Step Mini Album Part 3

Hi There!   Thanks for joining me on such a fabulous day.............. It's my birthday today- 33 years young! Unfortunately I am celebrating at work today but here's hoping I get a special delivery throughout the day from Hubby!   Welcome to Part 3 of my Wedding Mini Album!  

You can find Part 1 here & Part 2 here 39. To decorate page 5 of the Album cut a piece  8"X6" from the Prima Something Blue Reception paper. Adhere to the Album page. 40. Cut a piece 6"X2" from the Prima Something Blue Announcement paper. Stitch a border along the edges. Adhere vertically left of centre with the pink polka dot pattern facing up. 41. Cut a piece 6"X4.5" from some vellum paper. Stitch a border along the edges. Adhere to the left side of the page. 42. Adhere the purple Prima Something Blue Chipboard Frame on an angle to the top right corner of the vellum paper. 43. Fussy cut the black box in the top left corner from the Prima Something Blue Say Yes paper. Stitch a border along the edges. Use a Prima Something Blue typewriter key paper clip to attach a Prima Something Blue tag. to the back of the black box. Adhere a photo approx 4.5"X3" to the centre of the black box. Adhere the box with foam tape centre to the left side of the page. 44. Adhere a Prima Shabby Chic Resin Love word to the bottom left corner of the photo. 45. Adhere a Prima Shabby Chic Resin angel to the right side (centre) of the black box. 46. Adhere a Prima Something Blue Flair Button beneath the Resin Angel.

 

47. To decorate the smaller flap cut a piece 6"X4" from the Prima Something Blue Announcement paper. Adhere to the flap.

48. Adhere a length of black & white ribbon along the top of the flap.

49. Use a photo approx 3.5"X5" portrait. Attach a Prima Something Blue tag using a Prima Something Blue Typewriter Key Paper Clip to the back (top right corner).

50. Adhere the photo on an angle to the centre of the flap.

51. Adhere a Prima Shabby Chic resin seal to the bottom left corner of the photo.

Step by Step Mini Album Part 2

Hi There!   This month I have a step by step tutorial on how I put together this Wedding Mini Album

16. Cut a piece 8"X6" from the Prima Something Blue Announcement paper. Adhere to the first inside page of the album with the pink polka dot pattern facing up.

17. Cut a piece 6"X4" from the Prima Something Blue Announcement paper. Using the newspaper print facing up, stitch a border around the edge. Adhere to the top right corner.

18. Adhere the pink Crate Paper Maggie Holmes styleboard Vintage Chipboard Die Cut Frame to the top right corner sitting just below the top of the Announcement piece.

19. Take a Manilla Tag, trace around onto some plain vellum paper. Cut the shape out & stitch onto the top of the tag. Before stitching the top place a handful of sequins in the pocket. Adhere on an angel along the right side of the die cut frame. Tie a black & white twine bow to the top.

20. Fussy Cut the Say Yes journaling box from the Prima Something Blue Say Yes paper. Stitch a border around the edge. Staple a Prima Something Blue ticket top right, stitch a gold vellum heart from the Style Board Vellum shapes bottom right. Adhere the journal box bottom left. Adhere The Proposal chipboard piece in between the ticket & the heart.

21. To decorate the first small flap cut a piece 6"X4" from the Prima Something Blue Announcement paper. Adhere to the flap.

22. Use a photo approx. 3.5"X 4.5" . Using a typewriter key paper clip attach a Prima Something Blue ticket to the bottom right side of the photo. Adhere the photo to the bottom right corner of the flap.

23. Adhere the Vows Chipboard piece to the top left of the photo.

24. Adhere the Prima Shabby Chic Resin entwined rings to the bottom right corner of the photo overlapping the ticket.

 

25. Turn the page & decorate the 2nd smaller flap. Cut a piece 6"X4" from the Prima Something Blue Goin to the Chapel paper. Adhere to the flap.

26. Adhere a length of black & white ribbon along the left edge of the flap.

27. Adhere a pink Prima Something Blue tag to the top right corner of the flap.

28. Adhere a photo approx. 3.5"X4.5" to the bottom left corner of the flap.

29. Adhere a Prima Something Blue Flair Button to the top right corner of the photo.

30. Adhere A Prima Shabby Chic Resin heart to the bottom left corner of the photo.

 

31. Cut a piece 8"X6" from the Prima Something Blue Enchanted Blooms paper. Adhere with the newsprint facing up.

32. Cut a piece of vellum paper 6"X4" Stitch a border along the edge. Adhere with transparent tape, to the top right corner.

33. Cut a piece 6"X2" from the Prima Something Blue Announcement paper. Cut a V in one end to make a pendant. Adhere horizontally along the bottom of the vellum paper so the V is on the right edge of the page. Use a strip from the bottom of one of the pages. Adhere horizontally just below centre of the pendant strip.

34. Fussy cut the Just Married box from the Prima Something Blue Just Married paper. Stitch a border along the edge. Adhere to the bottom left corner of the page.

35. Adhere a photo approx. 6'X4" landscape over the vellum & pendant.

36. Adhere a chipboard heart on top of a chipboard circle. Adhere to the left of the photo overlapping the just married box.

37. Adhere an Always chipboard piece along the bottom left edge of the photo.

38. Adhere X2 enamel dots to the ends of the pendant.

Step by Step Mini Album Part 1

Hi There!   Shell here today with the first instalment on how I put together my Wedding Mini Album. This album is pretty basic & not suitable for lots of layers but I still have lots of dimension, journaling & a collection of photos throughout the pages!   Here is the front cover again

  Part 1 The Album Body 1. Using cardstock (I used Kaisercraft Vanilla) Cut in half so you have 2 pieces 6"X12" 2. Score each card at 8" & fold.

3. Place tape on the outside of the 4" flap on both pieces. Stick the 4" flaps together

4. Repeat steps 1 & 2

5. Place tape on the outside of the front 8" flap & adhere to the back of the 8" flap on the first piece.

6. Cut a piece 8"X6" from Prima Something Blue Reception paper. Adhere to the front of the album.

7. From Prima Something Blue Enchanted Bloom paper cut a piece 6"x4" This piece is used as the binding for the album. Adhere so that it over laps both the front & back cover 2" either side.

8. Using a sewing machine stitch along the right edge of the Enchanted Bloom paper

9. Fussy Cut a bunch of roses from the Enchanted Bloom paper. Stamp a flower with brown ink from the Flair Buttons pack onto a Manilla tag.

10. Adhere the tag on the left side & the roses to the right

11. Attach the forever typewriter paper clip to a black Something Blue tag. Adhere to the centre of the tag & roses. 12. Fussy Cut the top right journal box from the Just Married paper. Stitch a double border around the edge. Adhere with foam tape over the top of the tags & roses

13. From Vellum paper die cut a doily. Adhere to the left side of the journal box. Using foam tape adhere a Crate Paper frame to the bottom left corner of the journal box. Adhere the scallop doily from the chipboard pack to the bottom right corner of the frame. Adhere the bicycle flair button on top of the scallop doily & frame.

14. With foam tape adhere the happily ever after tag on top of the vellum doily. Cut 2 pieces 2.5"X0.5" . Cut a V at the bottom to make a pendant. Adhere a Doodle Bug Sprinkle in Lily White to the bottom of each piece. Adhere under the vellum doily.

15. Punch a heart from some vellum paper, stitch along the centre & place a Doodle Bug Lily White Sprinkle. Adhere the Wedding Day shabby chic resin above the chipboard scallop doily. Adhere a resin cherub to the left of the chipboard doily. Using American Crafts thickers adhere the year date in the bottom right corner.

Prima Something Blue Mini Album

Hi There!   Shell here today. This month I am doing something a little different. I am working with Prima Something Blue & I have started a little mini album for some of my wedding photos.   I will have a tutorial on how I put the album together so be sure to tune in next Tuesday for the first part of the instructions!   Here is the front cover  

 

  Lot's of gorgeous layers in a fresh shabby chic style!   This is the first page. I am going to write the romantic story of how Hubby proposed (not that romantic but hey he did take me away for the weekend & took me out for a nice dinner!)
