Tickety Tock

TGIF Sassy Friends! Time is just flying these days - nearly into March and so much inspiration in the store at the moment with the exciting arrivals of new CHA stock! The sentiments of Simple Stories 'Daily Grind' has inspired my project today...  a little friend on my desk to keep me on track!

When I saw the viewfinder piece in the Daily Grind ephemera pack, I knew I wanted to create with this Tim Holtz clock... but I wanted it to actually work!  So... I trotted off to the bargain shop in search of a cheap clock  that I could break down and use for parts!
This is where my DH came in! He removed the workings and placed them  into the heart of my shiny friend, who suddenly came to life!

Now, I could have some fun embellishing!

I've used mixed bits from the ephemera pack, some cardstock stickers, some enamel dots and some sn@p stickers and combined them with some circles  that I punched from a sheet of 'Daily Flair' paper.

Some twine and a die cut ephemera finish it off

Needless to say, it's a highlight on my desk :)

Wild and Wacky

hi everyone, Anita here sharing my last layout of the month using Studio calico - printshop  ive had so much fun playing with this collection the fun pops of colour an the awesome bold patterns...    its always fun to add a chipboard title and colour it to match the colours of your patterned paper

 adding machine stitching to your pages and handmade tags and lots of mist splats is always fun

 adding small little elements adds extra pop to your page

Well can you believe this is almost the end of another month??!!

Albeit a short one but a month all the same and one in which I've really enjoyed showcasing the delights of the Prima Marketing Anna Marie Range.

Here's my last share with this range and most of the flowers from the range too!!

I usually only put one or two flowers on my pages but I decided to go all out with this one.

These flowers were particularly lovely so I just had to make a show of them. 

I made a little banner from some of the journalling stickers in this range.

   

Beautiful Girl- Prima Optimist

Hi There!   Well we're almost to the end of the month which makes me a tad disappointed because I have had so much fun playing with Prima Optimist this month.   This time I have had a bit of a play with some mixed media products in some gorgeous brights to compliment the blacks throughout Optimist.   I have based my page on this months Prima BAP challenge.  

 

The orange flower is the Prima Nieve White Carnation which was sprayed with Heidi Swapp Color Shine in Georgia Peach

A quick & easy way to get the look of stitching is to use the Prima Line Stitched stamps with some Donna Salazar Color Box Ink in Black
